Review the date of your system and consider required or available hardware improvements.
Review the status of your software to include Operating System version (XP, Win2000, Vista, and Windows 7), Service pack level, Current update status, Antivirus programs, and Virus/Malware status.
After identifying the problem and the current system configuration, we make a recommendation that falls under three categories. In some cases we may recommend a newer system that would be more cost effective to the client.
1. Computer requires a repair of the windows system, Viruses/Malware detected, a larger Hard Drive is required, or you need your data migrated to a new system.
These services are provided at a FLAT RATE $150, plus any required hardware parts.
Repairs usually take 24 Hours complete.
2. Computer requires a Backup, Re-Install of the Operating System, Re-Install of Programs, and restoration of Data. These services are provided at a FLATE RATE $240 plus any required hardware parts.
Repairs usually take 24-48 hours to complete.
3. LAPTOP requires Motherboard or Display repairs.
These services are provided at a FLAT RATE $175, plus any required hardware parts.
Repairs usually take 48 Hours complete.
